Suspension not filling up...??? Tag pressure not going up???
the electric over air three valve block under the front pannel is
not the 'valve that dump the air'. the little 3valveBlock are the
valves that 'signals the air to-be dumped' at the axles. the dump
valve are at the axles but triggered by air from the 3 valveblock
out above the front bumper.

The reason you need full tank pressure prior to a dash switch
command is because the low volumn lines that run from this 3valve
control back to the axle will gate open but not have the psi strenth
to make the dump valve at the axle switch from one position to the
other.

the 3 block valve is electric over air meaning an electric command
is moving an air valve. between the 3 block switch and the dash is a
relay, switch and a fuse. The fuse power that relays +12v input and
a dash switch signal the relay to send that fused +12v power to the
3valveBlock. (not shure if there is two relays one for open and one
for closed or how that dump fill signal works?)

There is also a diode on my 94pt that will not let a "Dump Tag" dash
command dump the other two axles but will let the "total suspension
dump" command drop all 3 axles. diode acts kind like a electric
current backflow valve

JimR, What size hammer worked?..removing all 12v signal from the
valve and re-air the main tank worked for me. I have 32 of these
valves on an antilock 30,000lb 2002 equipment trailer. Passing an
antilock trailer you may notice a green light midway. when glowing
it alerts the driver (and CHP)that there is an antilock system
failure.

do you hear a rush of air?? On my wbwl when you remove the front
panell covering the electric in the center od the coach there are
three valves (forgot the name) they some times got stuck so the tag
would not fill. flip the switch ah tap on there valves. I ended up
replacing them and solved the problem
