Attention Vertical Generator Radiator Owners!
On a Death Valley trip last year I met a guy who removed the rad from
the bay just under the driver and relocated the rad to just in front
of the genny with an electric fan. He was very happy with the change
as it gave him more storage.
IIRC he used a new cross flow radiator mounted on rubber bushing. and
slotted the grill in front of it.
Seemed to fit just fine, and had no complaints about the cooling either.

Wish I had taken photos of it now as it seems like a good mod.
