Spacious lots, good power and good water. Lots of fishing within 5 minutes driving time. Small town atmosphere and the altitude is 8000 feet. Located in a valley with beautiful mountain ranges. Average temperatures are in the 70's during the day and in the 50's at night. The park has cook outs and holiday celebrations, and people get together and take day trips to various places. The owners, Don and Sandra , are very accomodating, helpful and friendly. It is a pretty laid back park and has the most REASONABLE rates in the area. We feel very much at home there.
