Rebuilld Flourescent Lights

There as a lngthy discussion in another forum on this subject. It
seesm the strips do not put very much light. Many people complained
about short life. When I was in the "big tent" at Q there was a vendor
selling those strips. While I waited to ask him some questions 2 irate
customers were asking about refunds/replacements for their lights!! No
thanks. Probably Chinese quality control.
