Rough Night in Texas and Oklahoma!! Everyone OK?
Howdy.
We had a rough, windy night down here is southcentral Texas. Lots of wind, some gusts up to 50 mph!! Around 10 PM, Jack put up the larger window awnings. At 2:20 AM, Jack went outside and put the rest of the awnings up. The gusts were hitting the Bird pretty good. I was getting nervous but Jack reminded me that our Bird had come through a Class 3 hurricane in Florida OK. Then this park lost electricity for a while. The atmosphere was surreal because all lights went out and yet we had a full moon!! Jack turned on the inverter and then the coffeepot. We went back to bed as the wind calmed down a little bit. Got up this AM at 8 to a beautiful sunny day, but still somewhat windy. How about y'all? Everyone OK?
