PART NUMBER FOR PERKINS THERMOSTAT
John,
I took mine to a NAPA store and they "matched it up". It looks like a V8 chevy thermostat, pretty standard and common. I had my wife look up the invoice and it lists the thermostat part number as "170", although it was stamped 180.... I took the thermostat housing also to match up a gasket and their gasket number was 1038-ST. Hope this helps.
