Refurbishing the Interior on Old Bird
may be it is wallpaper adhesive and commercial wall paper remover may
work???? when I paint or paper over a stain or gloss, some times it
is necessary to use a good sealer/primer or roll on a thin mix of
elmers glue. it could be that they primed it??????
