8V92 cracked exhaust manifold
thats my point. I am on the origional manifold.

it could be the torque sequence. you want to squeeze the manifold
out from the center by first tightning the center studs or heat the
manifold prior to install. the other cause could be the expanding
section too brittle or the exhaust too loose or the motormounts
screwed up and stress at torque fails at the manifold.
