David,

If you still have a problem, after you check your fluid level in the
reservoir and it is full, with the levelers fully in the UP position,
as has been suggested, then consult the web page of the manufacturer
HWH Corporation and look to see if there is any information about
diagnosing problems with your leveling system, go to;

If that doesn't help, give HWH a call on their toll free number (800)
321-3494 they are excellent at diagnosing problems. I will be there in
July to have mine completely rebuilt, as a previous owner had put the
wrong fluid in the reservoir and it looks like jello and the levelers
will not extend, or retract.
