When I had trouble with the keypad coming loose, I thought it needed to be replaced. After getting the Ford part number from Bluebird, I checked with the local Ford dealer. It was from a Thunderbird from many years earlier. There was only one in the USA in CA. I was able to brace the pad from the back and get it working, so never needed one.

I think I still have the part number, if anybody needs it.
