Also, what are the tourqe specks for the inner and outer wheels Steel wheels

If I ccan get the wheels off if needed, what do I tourqe the nuts to. I have
steel wheels and stainless covers. Do you use tourqe sticks for this? Also what
large size wrenches do you carry?
