HWH Jack Issue
Thanks, y'all!
According to my WL manual (1994 WLWB, PT 40 - no slides) and schematics, as well as the HWH manual the "level warning" light/buzzer is only related to the leveling jacks. Supposed to activate only if one or more of the jacks fail to retract. As I posted, the HWH power panel indicates all my jacks are up and the "travel" light comes on. A visual confirms all jacks up. Ideally, and this is the way it worked before I experienced this problem, the light/buzzer would go off as soon as the "travel light" came on. Now the dash light/buzzer just stays on. Very aggravating. I did notice in my HWH manual that inside the control box (in the middle of the forward bulkhead in the basement) there is a 2-pin "master warning light/buzzer". Look at the BB schematics, it seems the wiring from this pin traces straight to the light/buzzer on the dash. I'm going to see if pulling this pin stops the "racket" yet allows the jacks to fully retract, unless of course one of you all advise against it. This might be a quick fix until I can get to HWH. |
