We also considered replacement. A big plumbing hassle and not very efficient when you compare the water usage with the other options. Too bad they didn't mount it right over the black tank. For about 325.00, including shipping, we got a re-build kit from Microphor. Foretravel of Texas will do the rebuild, a little over an hours work.
