You may need to provide further information. Tell us if you have leg one and leg two power. You must because the microwave and the a/c are probably on separate legs. My first thought was a transfer switch problem, but cannot walk that through in my mind if the genset makes them work. I don't think it could be a GFI. More detailed info would help us out here help you.

We have a 1983 35 PT. My parents are on vacation in Oklahoma. Things have been great this morning no 110 plugs work off shore power. The roof airs,heaters, microwave, all work. If the gen is on all plugs work. Thank for the help.
