If the seller you are talking about just stores that coach and not uses it, all kinds of things will either leak or won't work. I know, since when we bought our PT and let the FC sit for a year. When I was into the DeLorean community, there were always a few people who would give you all kinds of BS about driving your car and "destroying it's value." They preferred to keep their cars in a garage, driven maybe a couple of times a year.
