Transmission Temporarily Would Not Go In Gear

Ralph, You know, I may have not let the sequence of events occur when I placed the key in run. The second time I tried it I watched the do not shift light sequence do its thing. I did not the first time. The next time I move it I will see if I can force it to happen. But I don't know if that is a good idea. The jack level warning was ok. Also the HWH jacks computer board may have hung on you and not reported the green travel light. So when you switched the engine off, it allowed every thing to re set.
