Seized Electric Clutch Fan on my 3208

I know when I first bought our FC, all of a sudden the fan kicked in- thought I'd blown the engine. Of course, this was before there was any forum to help out. This fan - http://www.flex- a-lite.com/ auto/html/ monster-electric .html pulls 5,500 CFM of air. Does anybody know how many CFM the stock electric clutch fan pulled when engaged? Does 5,500 CFM come close? I searched old posts and know that many people have already discussed this topic. I just wonder if some company will develop the technology to provide the same cooling electrically.
