Converting JPEG to PDF
It may depend on the software you're using. However, you should be able to set the size of the page to include the whole document. For example, some of the diagrams you recently posted show up as 11 x 17 size pages.
If you're working in Adobe Acrobat Pro, then you need to fiddle with the job options to set the page size.
