Hey Tommy, I have the aux compressor switch, but no on-board aux compressor. It was removed before I bought it.

Wiser heads that I can answer your question about your airing up using the portable compressor. I believe you can from the schrader valve in the engine compartment, but don't try it on my opinion. I have to do the same periodically, but I use the aux compressor switch on my dash. I think that was an accessory on my 94 and it works fine. You don't have to start the engine to do it. Do you have that accessory on your bird?
