My 96 42' has a two bulb flourescent fixture oner the dining table. It stopped
working. I replaced the bulbs and did not cure the problem. The light s will
flicker when you install the bulbs. I took the center cover off of the fixture
expecting to see a starter or ballast. There is only something that looks like
the inards of a tranistor radio mounted in the light. Anyone have an idea how
