At the recommendation of a BB owner 2 years back, I went to the thinlite
website, and sent them my inoperable light fixture, which they repaired and returned it for under $25, in about 10 days time. Check website at http://www.thinlite.com/faqs.htm#whatw , and look at the warranty topic.
