I am not home with the coach and do not have my diagram. I don't recall the
light and step being on the same switch. There are either mercury or micro
switches associated with the step solenoid that can drive you nuts. I do not
remember my relays being hot.

There are three door switches in the door jamb. The lower one operates the step
light and I don't know what the top two operate. The relays seem very hot to
touch and they all have power. The pressure switch has power. The wire that
supplies power to the extend solinoid has power all the time if the door is open
or closed. The pressure strip has been removed and the end capped. The micro
switches cancel power when the button is pressed. If anyone can help me
troubleshoot this problem I would appreciate it. TIA Dan
