Volts!Volts! Lets Argue some more, Yes!
great post! i hear there was an optional spare tire carrier on the early
birds,it was on of those "donut" types, real thin so that it would fit under the
fuel tank, just as you described! yours even had the power winch at one time,if
you have the switch! very rare option. i hear the the honda cars have the
option to run thick nasty oil,or the thin cleaner oil that most high tech
engines today use..the catalitic converters also have oil in them too,i guess.i
wonder how you change that? i guess its a good thing i'm so big,i never own
small cars,so i was not aware of all the options on those smaller cars..hey,the
coffes done, gotta go! randydupree 93wb (VBG)!!!

Wow, things have really been heatin' up here on the Countin' Ten Steps,
then shoot, WL Forum lately.....

Last week it rained so hard here in Seattle I thought I was going to float
away in my Bird
and have to become a Wash State Ferry.

The funny thing is one day my volts started to read anywhere from 15 to 19 on
my Monitor
panel in the galley. I freaked out at first and just shut off the power for
safeties sake.

The next day I got out my voltmeter, turned power back on, gauge read same,
i.e all over the
place, and checked the batteries. They were fine, right around eleven high to
twelve.

So what gives?! This used to be a steady accurate meter, do they fail like
this. Yeah, I've
definitely considered water leak into the wiring, but only God knows where, or
should I say Oh My God, help!

Also Randy will love this, I don't have a spare either. I see a switch on the
panel indicating
there's a provision for one. Did it use to fit on the ass end underneath the
fuel tank/water tank?
There seems to be some type of release thingy there...Maybe its my bad and is
only a drain for the tank.Duhhhhhhhh.

I love this engine oil argument, good thing these people aren't next door
neighbors. As for
tires, whoever found those great deals at Les Scwab is awesome. I called them
in December
and they quoted me almost Four Hundred Smackers, yeeeesh.

I plan on installing the tire when I get it. Any sugesstions? Also, do you
mean to tell me that
I have to fill all six tires individually with air? I swear there is a
connector between both of my
dualies in the back....

Alright, ding ding ding, back to the arguing!

Heres my baby in twenty degree weather awhile back:
