reverse polarity/general maintenance

To follow up on the electrical problem, the electrician says it is a short in the alternating current. E verything works with the generator but the electrical line keeps throwing the breaker at the house. He tried following the line into the coach but was unsuccessful. I'd like to find a knowledgeable BB guy in the Kennesaw, GA area or as far south as Atlanta. Thanks.
