Thanks Ernie,

I was trying to avoid glueing to down permanant but it it's the best way to do
it then contact cement it is.

PS:

If you saw the news today, 5 Murdered in Southern Tennessee, that was in my home
town Fayetteville, it's a sad day around here. Go figure, some people are just
messed up beyond help.
