the best help you can give someone that is in this persons state of mind and
situation is to distract. I would have done anything possible to get him out of
the bus. yell 'fire' or 'flat tire' or 'is that your wallet under the bus?'.
Once out, change the subject 3 times until the persons breathing rate reduces.
when the person is calm, ask onlookers to mind their own business then give
driver advice. The fact that this post made it to the forum is an example of
how exciting it was for the onlooker to watch the demise of an individal and do
nothing all the while it escallated. more reveling than the crowd driven
testosterone reaction of the driver
