Try cleaning the Sporlan Valve...and install a Sporlan Kit if you have one.

I have the water hooked to our coach and i came home the other day and the water was running out of the overflow. The switch was on off and still filling the coach. I turned the water off and now the pump in the coach will not pump water out of the holding tank.
