Where is your pump located? Is it under the kitchen sink and leaking? If not, based on the other information you have given, the only other source of your problemthat I could think of is a malfunctioning pump that is not shutting offwhen reaching thecutout pressure. This seems very unlikely but if the pump wasn't shutting off the pressurecould get high enough to cause leaks where you would not have them at normal operating pressures.

And, I don't think I should hear trickling water under the kitchen sink when the water pump is running with no faucets turned on -- so probably in that area? or at least that is our best guess at this time. Thanks for your input -- we will double check the bed again.
