Bill,
It did on mine. I have them removed at this time, waiting for new
ones. The drivers side was still OK but the passenger side was worn
out. Mine were a red/orange color. I didn't specifically ask for the
rubber bushings. I wonder if they'll come with them. That would be a
shame to get the shocks and then have to wait for the bushings.
