AND WE PAY THESE FOLKS 80 - 90 BUCKS AN HOUR TO REPAIR OUR
VEHICLES?????? THAT IS WHY I LIKE TO BE CLOSE ENOUGH TO SEE WHAT THESE FOLKS ARE DOING TO MY VEHICLES. ONE SHOP WOULD HAVE DROPPED MY FRIENDS GAS TANK AND CHANGED HIS IN-TANK FUEL PUMP, IF I HAD NOT BEEN THERE,, IT WAS THE FUEL PRESSURE REGULATOR THAT WAS BAD. I GUESS THAT MUCH COULD DAMAGE SOME SEALS, THAT WEREN'T MADE TO HANDLE THAT BLEND OF THIN, CAUSTIC OILS,,,AFTER ALL, I ADD SOME TRANSMISSION FLUID TO MY ENGINE AND RUN FOR 5 MINUTES TO HELP DISOLVE AND FLUSH OUT SOME OF THE GUNK IN MY CAR ENGINES BEFORE I CHANGE THE OIL,,,SO IT ISN'T EXACTLY GOOD FOR A PURELY THICKER BASED OIL SYSTEM. I WOULD FLUSH IT OUT, BY CHANGING IT A COUPLE OF TIMES, AFTER RUNNING IT A LITTLE EACH CHANGE, AND THEN WATCH FOR LEAKS. IF IT WASN'T LEAKING AFTER THAT, IT MAY BE OK,,, MINE USED 10W-40WT ,,,,GOOD LUCK,,, DAY, IN RAINY JAX FLA,,,83 PT-40 [Non-text portions of this message have been removed] |
