Fantastic fan cover replacement

How do you know if the fan in the bathroom is a fantastik fan?  Is it labeled someplace?  Our gears don't work and the cover doesn't fit very well so it needs to be replaced.

the info and have already received a notice that the part has been mailed. I would call that real cutomer service.



Next time I will be more carful where I put my knee when trying to

open the roof cargo carrier.
