just label every wire before you remove them. take several pics also. I dont
think it is important to know where they go-to, just important to put them back in the same location. Home depot sells a roll of electrical terminal number tapes. very handy for many things when you R&R. I wouldnt be convinced that the coolant source is a head or head gasket. unless there is water in the oil or oil in the water. above the starter are several hoses, journals and they all age alike so making a repair and touching crap to investigate you could prove more hose issues. man, the electrical issue and if it is a liner issue ring like Ron's experience. Stray voltage is said to blow liners out. His problems with the BB seem to be compounding. He now has an electrical problem in the 50 amp breaker box that I think is in one of the lower bays. He said there were three bundles of wires coming to this box. Each bundle has several wires of different sizes. There was a lot of corosion on the terminals of the box so he is trying to put in a new box. Does anyone know where I can find a diagram that would help him make this repair. > Thanks > Robert Rahn (the father) > 88PT40 8V92 > St Regis, MT > |
