Tire question

This is not directly related to Bird's but a friend has a Foretravel which needs
4 new tires on the back and I know there are a lot of tire savvy people on here.

Has anyone replaced 9r22.5 tires with 265/75r22.5 tires?

The metrics are designed for a 3/4" wider rim and are 1" wider overall.
