Water drip, 86PT40
could be the emergency blow-off valve ?, if the hose leads to a free opening.
If it is a e-valve leak it could imply that the valve was exercised/then hung
open a bit and there WAS an overheat issue in the tank??
the hose has two ends, I would follow both. if yo get to a location that you can
only feel for a leak, use a handfull of blue toilet paper to touch the pipes
then look for a darker wet spot

radiator about 18" forward or our rear bumper. One of them is dripping what
seems to be hot water. I see no sign of seepage anywhere on the plate above or
in the water heater compartment, and the water is flowing inside the hose, not
on the outside. I'm guessing there is a valve on the water heater, which is
located above this hose, that's leaking. Any idea where to start?
