. If they first prove the campgrounds electric source to be ok, then it is the
bus. Easiest way to prove the shore source is to move to a new location or use
another pedistal in the park.

take emery cloth to the shore plug prongs.

I would then dis-connect the wires to the transfer switch and test each wire for
continuity to each other and resistance alone.

if the gen-set works everything correctly, then the circuits and paths after the
power transfer switch are ok. it sounds like they have issue with the shore cord
or the transfer switch. to test: shorepower the bus on the bus-side of the
transfer switch, then the shore side of the transfer switch, results will reveal
problem.

remember to look for the cause once the problem is found.
