Jo and Paul Carver Have Trouble in Snowy Colorado!! Could use help!
I assume that nothing has changed in your electric hookup process since the last time that it worked correctly. Like maybe bought a new cable or you are using a 30 amp adapter cable where you always hooked up to a 50 amp service. This happened to me once. I had been using RV sites where they had 50 amp service. However in Boerne , Tx. I had to use a site that did not have 50 amp service available and I had to use 30 amp service which is not enough to power a fully equipped 1995 WLWB 42'. LO and Behold, I plugged the adapter cable in and plugged it into their pedestal power and BAM. Blew a Breaker and had reversed polarity. I had to go to generator power that night. Learned my lesson to check all the cables for correct polarity.

Just a thought. sometimes things like a change in the way you were doing
things can reveal a new problem that you hadn't run into before.

Good luck to you. Its darn cold in Co./

UPDATE. UPDATE.

Thanks for all of the replies. I just talked to Jo and Paul Carver. They

are managing on generator power. They have moved to 4 different sites in

the park and everytime they plug in the power cord, they get reversed

polarity. However, they do have a recommended repair source and they

will go there on Tuesday. Oh and Ron Thompson, they have a 1993

Wanderlodge widebody, with an electric refrigerator. I forgot to include

that info.

Thanks again,

source is to move to a new location or use another pedistal in the park.

after the power transfer switch are ok. it sounds like they have issue

with the shore cord or the transfer switch. to test: shorepower the bus

on the bus-side of the transfer switch, then the shore side of the

transfer switch, results will reveal problem.
