Bird Fires, information gathering
Hello everyone:

There are some very good posts on the electrical systems. Sadly many are
supposition rather than known facts. While doing the arm chair thing can
have it's uses, certainly, we need to bring all the known facts together
for all of us to gain KNOWN FACT knowledge from the owners who's Coach's
have been effected. In this manner we can then say:
1. Known, Fire was started behind house battery tray in one Coach
2. I have not heard anything from Randy on exactly where his problem
started or the extent.
3. We need to hear from Rob, as the mystery there unfolds
4. Known; Owners have found potential problems with cables, battery
connector bolts and so forth.
5. Known; Battery cable runs are too close in proximity of positive and
negative.
6. Known: Cables on the back side of the plenum between the engine and
Coach start batteries deteriorate from generated heat.

If we keep the known's listed in some sort of order then the actual truth
of what, who, when and why will help us all. Add to this list or your own,
but let's deal with known facts.

Safe travels,
