Yeah, Mexico does not operate its laws like we in the U.S. do, with
our system being based on English Common Law.
.
MEXICO, on the other hand, base their system on the Nepolanic Code,
which is that you are presumed guilty unless you can prove yourself to
be innocent...
Come to think about it, its similar to our Traffic Court or IRS Audit!
