A little of subject but something of interest

Hey, Guys:.. Remember back in the 70s? The Feds did cut the speed to
55. Well, the feds didn't really do it, but they told the states that
if they didn't do it, the states would lose federal hwy money...
Along the same lines, I have heard that by the end of the year,
Arnoldland will require seat belts in ALL vehicles... Even your
treasured 48 Ford toy.
No matter that they were not equipped originally or not..
Oh, yes, they must be lap AND sholder belts. Easier for the polive to
check you are wearing them. (How do I anchor Sholder belts in our
1973 Bird)?? This will be for ALL vechiles, out or state or not!!
