Hi Brad,
On my LXi, the heating registers under the couch and at the front stairwell are Aquahot units and are controlled by "zone 1" on the galley thermostat. Sometimes the thermostat acts up. There is a reset sequence that I can dig out in a moment, but more likely there's a blown fuse or a loose "ice cube" relay in the Aquahot unit itself. You'll have to remove the stainless steel Aquahot cover to access the fuses and relays. The Aquahot powers the fan to the registers too.
