George, I bought one of their early pumps which failed shortly thereafter. They made some improvements and my second pump is well into it's second year. They're quite, they cycle only when you turn on a faucet, and the pressure and flow rates are smooth and consistent. If they fail in the field, limp over to Camping World and buy another, they're simple to install and replace. One caveat is that you input and outputs should be free of elbows for the first 18 inches. Shurflo provides a good set of fittings available for the pump.
