The 5.7 gpm variable speed pump produces about 65 psi. The pipes in most RVs should be able to handle this without serious problems. I experienced zero problems (other than a glitch with the Microphor flushing -- but that wasn't the pipes...)
If you are very concerned, Shurflo also makes a 4.0 gpm variable speed pump that produces about 50 psi. Shore water is limited to 40 psi by the most common limiting devices -- and is a very conservative setting. Adjustable pressure limiters are available that allow higher pressures. (Many BBs have 'built in' pressure limiters located at the water input port.)
