Ron,

It is highly likely that your problem with your pumps running is that there is
debris in the Sporland valve that controls the filling of your fresh water tank.
Odds are that there is some construction debris that has found it's way to your
Sporland valve. One way you could verify that is to connect a hose to your
water system and fill the tank. Leave the hose connected overnight. If you
find a puddle under your rig and water trickling out your overflow pipe you have
debris in your Sporland valve.

When you are filling your tank try flipping the tank fill switch several times.
It's possible that if there is debris in the Sporland valve seat the water flow
plus flipping the switch might clear the problem.
