foggy humid wet windows

It is not just the windshield it is the entire coach, all windows become so wet they soak the frames at the bottoms. Does this still sound like a heater core leak? How can i tell the difference? Is the fresh air the vents? There is also a possibility that you have a leak in the heater core. Everytime we hit rain the windshield fogs so badly the coach is undrivable. We wipe them down, the defroster is on (does not help). Seems the only thing that improves the condition is to turn the airconditioners on all around to a popcicle temperature and freeze but hey the windshield is clear. I cant believe they made the coach to run this way, it must be some settings that we are overlooking. Anyone experience this and find out how to correct it? It is just so annoying and time consuming.
