As mentioned above the problem could be lots of places. When the problem your
having happened to me it turned out the problem was the flame sensor (thermocouple) just in front of the nozzle was loose. The symptoms I had is the system would start up, run for a few seconds then shut down. The sensor looks like bent finger that is just in front of the nozzle. At the same time you take the burner off, take Ralph's advise and change the nozzle and the fuel filter, if you haven't done it already. If you haven't taken the AquaHot burner out to service the nozzle it is a lot more intimidating to think about than to actually do it. The AquaHot manuals are excellent. The best manuals of any equipment on my bus. They tell you everything except the clearance between the nozzle and the flame sensor. It's about 3/8".
