UPDATE

Thanks for all of the input, much appreciated.

All advice was considered and nothing had worked; except maybe to take the 9
month old pumps apart for cleaning. In fact, we were ready to make the trip to
Foretravel in Nacadoches to have them replace the pumps under the warranty. The
pumps were still down when we left SPI. Along the way, I turned them on and lo
and behold they gradually came all the way back. I noticed iron colored water
and some debris/clogging in the sink faucet filters/screens. So, upon our
arrival in SA, I drained and 'flushed' the water tank, then re-filled it, and
the pumps are again functioning at 100%. Go figure!
