6V92 Red Block
I have an 82PT40 with the "red block" 6V92.
This unit is underpowered and I am wondering if anyone has been able to improve the performance on these engines. We can cruise at 65 in the flat lands, but any little hill drops us down to 45 and big hills take us down to 30-35. Not much difference if we are towing our Suzuki XL-7 or not. We love it, but would love a little more power. Any suggestions would be appreciated as we have another 8 months before we retire and spend more time cruising the highways and byways.
