NEED HELP--NO DASH LIGHTS AND NO WARNING BUZZER- BLUE TRIM DEAD

I tried to find the problem for the last couple of weeks when I have time. Someone mention a loose ground. I tried to find and broken wires and shook a lot to see if any change with the dash light or the blue trim. Does the voltage that comes from the headlight switch go directly to the dash lights and the blue trim? Where does the headlight switch receive it voltage from?

Does anyone know where Dean or Kenny Rogers work? They could probably fix this in a couple of minutes.
