HELP NEEDED AGAIN on 1994 40’

I originally had problem with the dash gauge lights not coming on. I replaced
the headlight switch and now the dash gauge lights work but the HEADLIGHT ALERT
LIGHT AND BUZZER will not go off even when the engine is running. It goes on as
soon as I turn on the running lights or the main headlight switch. I was able to
find the buzzer and disconnect one side to stop the buzzing until I find the
solution. But that creates a high pitch sound now.
Any suggestions to solve this problem?
