Check the GROUND(s); bad grounds cause all sorts of strange things to happen. Unplug the camera and reconnect it; do the same with the monitor.

No, If I turn on the key and hit reverse it works ok, when I start the coach and hit reverse the monitor goes blank. It's a touch pad shift so I doubt if there is much movement.
